Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Nope, we’ve got it covered! We arrive fully equipped with our own family-safe, low-tox cleaning products and tools. However, if there is a specific specialty product you prefer we use on certain surfaces in your home, just let us know ahead of time and leave it out for us!
Can I reschedule my appointment?
We get it—life happens, especially when you have a busy family! Because our weekend slots are so limited, we just ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer that open slot to another family on our waiting list.
Is your service pet-friendly?
Absolutely! We love our furry friends. Since we use strictly low-tox and family-safe ingredients, you never have to worry about harsh chemicals or fumes around your pets. Just let us know if your fur babies will be home so we can ensure they feel safe and comfortable while we work!
